Building Better Workflows: A PM Platform for Construction Teams
A streamlined project management platform designed for a real estate development team transitioning from paper-based workflows to a centralized digital system. I led user research and interface design to create a tool that simplifies scheduling, cost tracking, and team coordination—all tailored to the construction process.
Reimagining the Digital Grocery Experience
As the sole designer at Move, I led the end-to-end design of a membership-based online grocery platform—from onboarding and digital storefront to product packaging and marketing. With just a brandbook and a tight three-month timeline, I helped launch a fully operational marketplace, designed 100+ products, and shaped the brand’s visual language across digital and physical touchpoints. This lean, high-stakes sprint transformed a bold Kickstarter vision into a tangible, scalable product experience.
Designing Happygotchi: A Habit-Forming Companion for Students
Happygotchi is a gamified habit-building tool designed to help students cultivate healthier routines in a joyful, low-pressure way. Created during my Human Centered Design course at Pratt Institute, this semester-long project focused on translating user insights into an engaging wellness ecosystem. From initial interviews to impact-effort mapping, we developed a concept tailored to the needs of grad students navigating stress, mental health, and academic demands—bringing playful accountability to everyday habits.
